Isolaz

What is Isolaz?
Isolaz is an acne treatment designed to clean out your pores and destroy the bacteria that causes acne.  A gentle vacuum cleans your pores, while a laser simultaneously addresses the acne bacteria.  It has become a more popular skin treatment for acne in New York in recent years.

What should I expect during my Isolaz treatment?
Isolaz is fast and painless.  There is no downtime, so Isolaz treatments can be performed during the workday or before a social event.  Isolaz treatments do not cause your skin to become more sun sensitive and you may return to your normal skincare routine the same day.  You may find that your skin has a radiant glow after your Isolaz acne treatment, in addition to improving your active acne.

Who should have Isolaz laser treatments?
Isolaz is safe for all skin types.  It treats severe pustular acne, as well as comedones and milder acne.  Isolaz can also be used for the management of acne that flares from time to time and for skin rejuvenation.

How many Isolaz treatments do I need?
The number of Isolaz skincare treatments required varies by patient.  The most common Isolaz series for the treatment of acne vulgaris is 5 treatments.

What is the cost of Isolaz?
The price of Isolaz is $350 per treatment.  We also sell packages at a 15% discount.

Where are the Isolaz treatments performed?
Isolaz treatments are performed at Schweiger Dermatology in NYC.  We are located in midtown Manhattan.
