Q: I breakout every time I get my period, what should I do? Help!


A: Some patients tend to be very acne prone break out around their menstrual cycle. If you find your acne really flares at certain times of your cycle, I think it is reasonable to consider adding a birth control pill. In this case its best to see a local dermatologist or gynecologist to determine if this may be an option for you.
