Sculpting Your Arms with TruSculpt

TruSculpt is a great way to tone and sculpt the upper arm area.  This area can be very difficult to tighten and tone with exercise alone, which is why truSculpt is such an exciting treatment option.  Dr. Schweiger explains that, "TruSculpt works by deeply heating the subcutaneous tissue with a non-invasive radiofrequency energy.  This unique technology is painless; most patients feel only  a warm sensation during the treatment." Schweiger Dermatology is the first dermatology practice to offer truSculpt.  We felt that truSculpt was one of the only devices that could deliver tightening for the body on stubborn areas that other devices cannot address.  Our clinical experience has shown truSculpt to improve the appearance of difficult to treat areas, like the arms, with only one or two treatment sessions.  Each session takes less than an hour and there is no downtime after the treatment. During your visit for for truSculpt, we will place the handpiece on your arms (or whichever area on the body we are treating during your visit) for a period of four minutes per pulse.  After each pulse, the handpiece will be moved to another area of the treatment site.  During this time, you will feel only a warm sensation.  There is no need for numbing cream or pain medication prior to the truSculpt treatment.  After only two weeks, you may begin to see improvement in tone and sculpting from your truSculpt treatment.  Full improvement will be realized within three months of your treatment.
