Telangiectasias are individual small dilated blood vessels that are very common on the face, especially around the nose and under the eyes. The vessels are likely the results of sun exposure. These skin lesions can be easily removed with lasers, which target hemoglobin present in red blood cells.
Lasers used today require little to no downtime and do not cause bruising. Laser can safely and efficiently remove these noticeable lesions. Often times only one treatment is needed to achieve complete resolution.
